$NILA Holders Vote

$NILA is the governance token of MindWaveDAO. Holding it gives you voting power over ecosystem proposals, the same way governance tokens work across established DAOs.

Proposals are published with a defined voting window. Eligible $NILA holders vote. Results are recorded and published, approved proposals move to implementation, and progress gets reported back to the community.

One boundary stated plainly: this is governance over the DAO and its ecosystem. It is not shareholder voting in MindWave Innovations or in the independent companies building on MindChain, which keep their own boards, management and legal governance structures. Your $NILA vote shapes the ecosystem, not the corporate entities inside it.

The Governance Process

    Eligible $NILA holders vote within the published voting window.

  5. Execute

    Approved initiatives move into implementation.

  6. Report

    Status, spending and results come back to the ecosystem.
